Effective Date: November 2, 2026 Last Updated: November 2, 2026
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Lean on Me Westchester Doula LLC, doing business as Private Eye Parent ("Private Eye Parent," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit www.privateeyeparent.com and quiz.privateeyeparent.com (the "Site"), purchase our courses or digital products, download our free resources, take our quizzes or assessments, join our affiliate program, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We are based in Westchester County, New York, USA, and our Services are intended for users in the United States.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
a. Information you provide directly
- Contact details β such as your name, email address, and (for affiliate applicants) phone number.
- Account and purchase information β details you provide when you create an account or purchase a course or digital product.
- Payment information β when you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (see Section 7). We do not store your full card number.
- Quiz and assessment responses β answers you submit through our childcare fit assessment, checklists, or other interactive tools.
- Affiliate/partner application details β information about you and your audience that you provide when applying to our partner program.
- Communications β the content of messages you send us by email, form, or social media, and our responses.
- Testimonials and feedback β content you voluntarily submit.
b. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data β such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies β see Section 4 for details, including our use of the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and analytics tools.
c. Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from third-party platforms we use to operate the Services (for example, our website and checkout platform, assessment tools, or advertising and social media platforms) and from partners who refer you to us.
d. Information you enter in the Childcare Interview Toolkit
The Childcare Interview Toolkit runs in your web browser. The notes, candidate details, interview answers, and scores you enter in the Toolkit are saved on your own device using your browser's local storage. We do not receive, store, or have access to that information. Because it is stored on your device, clearing your browser data or switching devices may erase it, and anyone with access to your device and browser may be able to see it.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising.
This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads to you and similar audiences on Facebook and Instagram. It may also include analytics tools that help us understand how the Site is used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust ad-personalization preferences through the settings of platforms such as Meta. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
[If a cookie consent banner is installed, describe it here and how users can manage consent. Note: a consent banner is recommended if you receive EU/UK visitors.]
